    Recent Cases

    We successfully managed the recovery of a significant debt for a client with an interstate debtor. For a fixed fee (added to the debt) we initiated proceedings, served the interstate party and obtained a judgement. All of the client’s costs were recovered along with interest.

    We appeared in a regional Local Court for a client charged with a breach of bail and breach of an ADVO. It was established that the ADVO had been varied at a previous court date and that the variation had been ‘lost in the system.’ We successfully negotiated with police to have charges dropped.
