Dr Drew Donnelly is a regulatory specialist with Compliance Quarter. He holds a Doctorate in Philosophy from the University of Sydney and previously worked in a number of government roles in New Zealand.

Alex Silcock LLB, BIGS 

Alex Silcock is a lawyer with Law Quarter and regulatory specialist with Compliance Quarter. He recently completed a secondment with TransGrid’s Legal, Governance and Risk team. Alex works extensively with energy retailers including in the review of ISDA, energy supply terms, and compliance.

Khuanta Mahasay BA 

Khuanta has substantial experience in regulation and the energy sector. She worked for a number of years as an Investigations Officer with the Energy and Water Ombudsman of New South Wales and then with the Australian Taxation Office. Prior to this, Khuanta worked in insurance and held positions with Employers Mutual.
